Add The App

1. Open the Room Clarity listing in Zoom Marketplace.
2. Click Add or Install.
3. Review and approve the requested permissions.
4. Open a Zoom meeting and launch Room Clarity from the Apps panel.

Use The App

1. Launch the app during an authorized meeting.
2. Share the app surface or dashboard link with meeting participants when appropriate.
3. Review captured decisions, risks, actions, and prompts.
4. Accept, reject, discuss, or dismiss items from the decision board.
5. Open the Recap step when the meeting is ending or playback completes.
6. Exclude items that should not appear in the brief, then copy the reviewed meeting brief.

Remove The App

1. Open Zoom Marketplace.
2. Go to Manage, then Added Apps.
3. Select Room Clarity.
4. Click Remove and confirm.
