Room Clarity is a beta Zoom app that helps meeting hosts review decisions, risks, actions, and facilitation prompts from meeting transcript content.

Information Processed

The app may process meeting context, participant display names, transcript cues, generated decision records, risks, actions, and agent prompts when an authorized host uses the app during a meeting.

Use Of Information

Information is used to provide the decision board, generate meeting assistance, and support beta testing. The app does not sell personal information.

Retention

Beta meeting state may be retained temporarily for testing and debugging. Production retention controls should be configured before use with sensitive meetings.

User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information processed by the app by contacting the organization or app administrator who provided access to the app.
