Getting Help
If the app was shared with you by an organization or test administrator, contact that administrator for support, access questions, and bug reports. You can also email chrizbo@gmail.com.
Common Checks
- Confirm the app is installed from the Zoom Marketplace local test or approved listing.
- Confirm the app has been authorized with the requested Zoom scopes.
- Refresh or reopen the Zoom App if the latest version does not appear.
- Use the app only in meetings where transcript-based assistance is authorized.
