Room Clarity is provided for beta testing and evaluation. By using the app, you agree to use it only in meetings where you are authorized to do so.

Appropriate Use

Hosts should inform meeting participants when transcript-based decision support is being tested. Do not use the app with sensitive, regulated, or confidential meetings unless your organization has approved that use.

Outputs

Generated decisions, risks, actions, and prompts are assistance only. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all meeting records before relying on them.

Availability

The app is provided as a beta service and may change, be unavailable, or produce incomplete results.
